Data Deletion Instructions

VeraLabs respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we may hold about you through our website studiov.aemons.com, our Instagram account @veracrvs, or any Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integration operated by our app studiov (App ID 2812661588942942).
What Data We May Hold
- Contact submissions — name and email from our contact form.
- Instagram account metadata — username, display name, follower counts and public posts indexed for our own marketing reporting when you grant access via Meta Login.
- Advertising event records — anonymised Meta Pixel and Conversions API events tied to your browser or Meta account.
- Email subscriptions — any mailing-list sign-up through EmailJS.
How to Request Deletion
Choose either option below. Both reach the same human reviewer and are processed identically.
Option 1 — Email
Send an email to
vera@aemons.com with the subject line
Data Deletion Request. Include:
- Your full name (as submitted, if known).
- The email address or Instagram handle associated with the data.
- A brief description of what you want deleted (everything / contact form entry / Instagram connection / advertising data / all of the above).
Option 2 — Meta account panel
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to the
studiov app, you can also revoke access and trigger deletion directly from Meta:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or the equivalent Instagram connected apps panel).
- Find studiov in the list and choose Remove.
- Meta will send a data-deletion callback to VeraLabs and we will remove any data tied to your Meta user ID within 30 days.
What Happens After You Request
- We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- We verify the request is coming from you (we may ask one identifying question — e.g. the most recent message or IG handle you used) to prevent impersonation.
- We remove your records from our active systems within 30 days of verification.
- Backups are purged on their normal 90-day rotation; your data will not be restored from them.
- Where third parties hold derivative data (Meta, EmailJS, Google), we will also submit deletion requests to them on your behalf.
Exceptions
We may retain a minimal audit record of the deletion request itself (date, method, confirmation) for up to 12 months to comply with legal and platform obligations. We do not retain your underlying content.
